Shipping Policy

How long does it take to receive my product?

Due to very high demand, personalised items may take 2-6 business days to behandcrafted.
After your order is processed, please allow 3-6 business days for your order to be safelydelivered.
We take great pride in the quality of our custom items, and our team works tirelessly toensure that each piece is crafted with the utmost care and attention to detail.
We guarantee that the final product will be well worth the wait!

How do you calculate the freight?

General express delivery, we are free shipping around the world, and there is no freight charge.

Can I change the destination country of my order?

After your order has been sent out, you may not change your shipping address. 

How will I know my order has shipped?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready to ship. Please note that orders may take up to 2 business days to process before they are shipped due to customized work involved. Once you have received this email please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to update

Please keep in mind delivery dates may change due to inclement weather conditions or holiday. 

Do you ship internationally?

We happily fulfill international orders! Our production time will be the same and shipping costs vary depending on where the order is going. Depending on your home country a customs tax may be applied in addition to your shipping cost.The tariffs generated by DHL or FedEx need to be borne by the buyer.

Please note: 

• If your personalized product was remade, your order might be delayed. Only those items that passed the quality inspection process can be sent out, with our standards and aim to supply you a perfect gift. 
• At this time, we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or college dorms. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico may exceed normal delivery time.
• Expedited shipping is not offered to P.O. Box shipping addresses.
• We do not offer overnight shipping.

We temporarily do not provide transportation to the following countries：Iraq、Palestinian Territories、Libya、French Polynesia、Botswana、Azerbaijan、Antigua and Barbuda、Åland Islands、Bouvet Island、French Southern Territories、Congo - Kinshasa、Heard & McDonald Islands、Côte d’Ivoire、Liberia、Mali、U.S. Outlying Islands、Micronesia、Antarctica、South Georgia & South Sandwich Islands、Saint Barthélemy、Svalbard and Jan Mayen.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
